Obviously I am not affiliated in any way with the US military, but as an owner of swords I cannot think of a more impractical and uncomfortable way to wear a sword
That is seriously one contrived and jacked up way to have to wear a dress sword with a uniform. Evidently, it is so impractical and counterintuitive that the person chosen to make the video doesn't seem to understand the setup very well either.
