I have an idea if the boys at Baxters are up for it. Why not make up a set of high pipes that exit on the other side. The air cleaner only needs to be changed at regular service intervals when the pipes are cold. This would allow full access to the relays, seat release, etc..
@@forgottenmotorcycles The pipes look good enough that maybe it would be worth doing some rearranging so the electronics could be accessed through the top.
Witch type of tires do you use? Pirelli scorpion i hear. Front and rear misures please...they look great. Seat Bonvent is fine. Thank you Filippo (Italy) Fili
It does improve the performance, looks & sounds good too. There are other pipes that may provide better performance. I did like the sound and power of this one. Wahoo!
I have the same bike and wanted the same pipes, but after riding i’m concerned about burning my legs on them, how did you find clearance/heat during riding and stops? Great channel btw!
Thanks! The pipes did get hot. Baxter Cycle did end up wrapping them. Not too bad of an issue but you'll always want to wear good pants. Would not want to be the passenger on this one. Personally, I think these pipes sound & look great. Wahoo!
I really like the Triumph 400 coming out 39.5hp 37Nm Peak power at 8000rpm probably redline at 9500-10000rpm.6speed at rumors have it at about $5500us but Scrambler 400 version cost more & has 19" front wheel 179kg wet 13Liter tank.Speed 400 is road version 170kg wet 13Liter tank Bybre brakes. Interceptor has 13.7L tank & GT has 12.5L tank.
Digging your Enfield reviews from Baxters! Seems a legit hi pipe option for my GT! Much more affordable than the zard hi pipes. love to know their experience with purchase from dustland in Thailand and the install ease?? Did pipe hurt leg clearance or throw excessive heat? Look forward to your response
The pipe was warm however it sounded great and it did add performance. I think it really made the bike. Rode that particular bike several hundred miles before it's sold. It's kind of a shot bike and we really wanted to get rid of it was so much fun. How about dealing with dustling; contact Jeremy at baxtercycle.com you should be able to help you out. Thank you
@@forgottenmotorcycles Sorry... You guys can build another cheaper than I. After these reviews how could you expect me not to jump on it? A bike that will last forever with a reasonable price with an expert build... THANK YOU!!
The Experience from Baxter was A+, this is a company built off passion. I have a sickness for buying bikes that aren't road legal and dont run so this solved those problems. I have some special vintage AJS bikes and I look forward to working to having this company helping with their expert knowledge and maintaining originality. When it comes to ROI for $, this is the best place for honesty and smiles per mile.

Sure … I meant it would be an improvement if you ride on gravel. Also easier to get nobby tires in that size. I am from Namibia and 90% of our roads are gravel. It would also look cool. Check the 350 classic with a 19 inch front…
I thought about putting those tank decals on an interceptor. Glad too know now that they work.
Baxter Cycle made it work. Wahoo!

An interesting idea!
I guess it’s because when the bike it’s on the side stand, the heat would go directly on the the seat. On this side the heat goes up in the air..
Ive been eyeballin the triumph 1200 scrambler for a few years.
This looks like a nice one to compete with the 900scram
She's a beauty!
Hey great bike! Is it the original sizing for the tires?
Not sure. Contact Jeremy at Baxtercycle.com He should be able to answer that question. Wahoo!
Maybe the best looking interceptor yet, but do those pipes allow access for what’s under the side cover?
Thank you. I think that's one of the problems with pipes like these, access to what's behind them. Still possible just more work.

Love the Pirelli Scorpions!
Such a nice bike! Its has inspired me to do some upgrades. Would you mind telling me what Pirelli's they are and what size? Thanks :)
I'm not sure of the tires. Contact Jeremy at Baxtercycle.com He should be able to help. Wahoo!
Can we consider this as a performance upgrade or just for aesthetics ?

Just bought my interceptor last month
You're gonna love it!
I like the 2-1 Scrambler pipe better than the double.

Would like that too

Love it!
Soo hard to decide witch one !

Hola , que medidas de llantas trae y que marca son amigo?
Tires are Pirelli Scorpion. Not sure of the size. Wahoo!
Nice 👍
Thanks ✌
Which is the weight of this modified interceptor? It would be fantastic if it has been reduced under 180 kilos
I would guess this motorcycle still weighs close to 200 kg. Though a lot of weight was removed some was added too.
🤩I love it too❣
Wahoo!
What tires did they use, in what size?
I think they were pirelli scorpions.
i thought those tires are not road legal
I've googled these tires and they are legal on the street. Maybe they make an off-road version?
It needs a 19 inch front wheel..! It’s a shame that they made it with a 18 inch front…!
I don't know, she was a lot of fun to ride :-)

In looks only... the suspension travel on these things doesn't really work well for scramblers.
More would be nice
