Quick tip. if you right click on the menu when selecting the scales it will stay open so you can select both. This also works in some other places across FL studio.
I don't think you need Python downloaded on to your computer. I downloaded the script and put it into the correct file without Python, and it works fine. Nice video.
A lot of systems have it already installed through other software needs, but if it doesn't exist on your system, you do need it. Regardless, as long as it's working for you that's great 💯
FL could already do a form of snap to scale with the "limit tool" in pianoroll for years, which is actually still far superior than the "snap to scale" feature in terms of changing chord voicing. this new scale snapping feature is more of an "idiot proof" version of it.
2:10 Just a note that open-source doesn't mean scriptable. Open-source means that the code of the application itself can be viewed. Piano roll being scriptable just makes it scriptable, but not open-source, as long as we cannot directly view the source code of piano roll.
This only works with inputting midi & not playing on your midi keyboard. I've made 4 tiktoks on how to lock your midi keyboard to key & scale but will make a RUclips video on it soon too 💯
sir can you help me ?? please give me this Text To Chords scripts . cause i use Fl illigaly and yes down download problem. this scripts is not in fl studio forum . only in fl studio browser library .failed to download any pack not only this but i need this only . exstreamly request please.💕💕

Studio One had scale snapping and more piano roll features for years. I have FL Studio.
That's fair, Studio one is a solid DAW, probably the closest to Logic Pro X on windows.

Oh that's fair enough, I had a wrong understanding of open source. Thanks for explaining that 💯
@@mmvmuzic Understandable and no problem!
Great video. thanks.
Pleasure bro 🍻💯
Does this mean you can play in any scale or does this just work inputting notes in the piano roll. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to reply.

Appreciate that my man 🫡❤️
snap to scale, copied from studio one
not really, the limit tool in fl pianoroll could do this already it just didn't have the "snapping" part.
Tbh the feature was around for a while in other DAWs, it was about time they added the snap Feature to FL too
This is Gold 💫, Thank you @MMVMUZIC
