I would to see you work on that Austrian pine. I have two of them that I’d like to lift up. Thanks for the great info.

Excellent information and presentation. Longing to start digging in the dirt. Early spring on the prairies, Atlantic Canada has not been as lucky as the west this year. Tons of snow, many more months of winter here. Look forward to next video. Thank you for the informative video

How do you keep the deer from annihilating everything. I want to incorporate some evergreen trees in my garden but boxwoods seem to be the only thing they don’t go for. They absolutely decimated the Eastern Hemlocks.
You have a Heavenly garden ❤

Luckily I only have a handful of deer that show up in the winter months. They cause some problems on a few things like Aspen, Sumac and Apple. As far as evergreens, In my area the deer tend to avoid the Colorado Spruce and Juniper tree varieties.

What kind of organic mulch do you prefer using? (cedar, hardwood, pine bark, etc.) I am trying to figure out some not very expensive option which would still hold the color more or less long time...Thank you for your videos! Your landscaping is fabulous!

I primarily use Western Red Cedar. I like Cypress mulch too, but it’s more expensive in my area.
