I learned how to address dysregulation through the crappy childhood fairy. You failed to mention her. Her name is Anna Runkle and she takes 12 step recovery in her case Al-Anon and combines it with 20 minute meditation twice a day. The steps associated with it is the fourth step, the fear inventory, where you write down your fears in your part in the fears. But in the daily practice of the dysregulation, remedial effort, you only write what you have fear of or resentment of. And it is culminated with a benediction of some sort to your higher self, to give it to your higher power as it were And then follow it with a Vedic no mind 20 minute meditation guided or not. I began doing it four years ago and have been able to unpack and pack away few of the known traumas. I believe this process is lifelong and you never quite are the same, but with an ace score of eight it’s understandable. Particularly the ability to have compassion and to learn not to fawn. To take no shit yet do no harm is an art form I hope to master someday thank you for a wonderful podcast.

😂😢The studies on stress response that don’t encounter environmental stress that is perceived as cortisol by human cells are NONSENSICAL.All these studies have to be thrown into gutters, in order for this factor to be included
Without the term “Felt sense” any therapy discussion is just the scraping on the tip of the iceberg
