I would SO purchase from this type of machine! Putting them in grocery stores for me to buy & sip on while I do my Grover shopping or even in department stores to sip on while I shop the store!
@@MultiJejje Where did I imply anything was "that easy"? LOL. So yes each machine would cost $30k but if they contract with a gym chain that cost would go down. The most profitable machine today does $8k per month. It cost I think they said $1.50 per shake, selling for over $5. So that comes out to 1500 units each month for the best performing location. That's generating $5600 profit each month, not excluding the cost of refiling the machine. Still, fairly healthy profit that one gym location could recoup the cost of the machine in its first year.
These deals that swing like 30 % difference are exactly the reason that when companies come in and won’t budge 1%, Mark and Daymond get annoyed and call them gold diggers and saying they didn’t actually come in for a deal…dunno if I woulda personally gave up that much of my company, especially seeing how much they have invested but good for them all the best 😁

Giving up 35% of your company is a small price to pay for a chance at becoming widely successful. Most, if not all entrepreneurs that walk into the shark tank are brand new business owners. There are a lot of things you don't know and these sharks have helped out so many different types of businesses, that they can learn from past experiences how to improve and build yours. The sharks want to make their 35% investment work.
They don't own the machines, they don't own the fruit pouches, they don't own the patents and they must keep growing or they will be in violation of the contract. Not good!
Great idea, and that's why this deal nvr closed. U could tell these guys didn't wanna give up that much equity and they only said yea cause heat of the moment. But I'm glad they doing well after the exposure they got
If they were smart they could have done a buy back deal where they get to purchase back 20 percent at a cap if the company is valued at 100 million at 20 million which would give them their return plus still retaining 15 percent
if any warehouse purchases these they will sell if i worked at amazon or any Costco distribution center i would buy one of these every single day instead of buying snacks or fast food

I'm from Asia. Nearly 80% of US Shark Tank products already exist at China and Japan. That's why they were manufactured at China since the mold already exist and low of cost, US enterpreneur just rebranded them with new name and design then made a patent like they are the one who invented it. Sorry US Citizen, you need to go outside your region to see how other country already more advanced. The only problem is can you implement the product due to different culture and trend? Because pushing it with social media doesn't guaranteed success. If you are able to blow it up, i admit getting rich at US is the fastest way.

Swooping in and bamboozling 35% for a lousy 250k? That's insanity to give that much away especially when the founders jump started the entire venture with their life savings. Who cares about the 500k credit line, the Shark already told them he'll be sinking millions of dollars into the operation for 35%. Either the founders were not listening or they are going broke and are desperate for capital. I would have had the Shark admit and commit verbally on national television to define "millions of dollars" and define exactly when the first injection of $1M will happen to cover the burn rate. Anyone can say whatever they want to grab 35% and ultimately only commit to the ask ...which is 250k for the equity. Just a high way robbery deal. This is a classic case of the founders not paying attention and not listening to what's really happening.
For anyone who is confused about what they are, they are a exclusive distributor for the US and I know a multi billionaire who had a similar offer from a company called TOYOTA 60 years ago and people tried talking him out of it and today, his company which is privately owned by the family is worth 170 billion, making 30 billion per year.
