It's ok in the lobby. But just to be sure, configure the individual power saving of CoDM to "none" or whatever similar option. Also in game turbo, disable "Performance Optimization". As of the latest updates gameturbo lets you monitor framerate, make sure you have your phones refresh frequency to 120 or whatever your phone lets you, then open any game with gameturbo tool on, monitor framerate and should be 120 or whatever you set it. Then in CoDM, make sure your graphics settings to LOW or Minimum and frame rate to MAX, enter a game with bots or whatever, open the monitor and you should have 120 max in MP ONLY, It's supposed not to be working in BR. Then, try medium settings or higher. The game should let you know at what point stops running at 120fps (High, Very High) Edit: because I realized I assumed his phone was a Xiaomi/Redmi. If not, just check your corresponding manufacturer custom UI options if applicable to per app power management, screen refresh framerate settings and gaming management if any.

this will not unlock higher settings but will significantly boost device performance. I've been using set edit for quite some time now and it really works. just take note that it will not magically turn your phone into a high end one. this is good way to optimize device
