@ashleystyles6888 the uniforms seem amazing , I’ve never owned one but they do look great, action man holds a special place in my heart as they were something I turned to when I was very young when my dad died, so nothing really takes their place for me, but I do appreciate other figures and would love to own some Dragon ones in the future What do you think about them? Do you own any?
@@ACTIONFAN-ky1ty I was mad on action man back in the 70s had the colditz set that was free with the stars, and the scorpion tank which was awesome and loads of red devils. Yeah I once bought a dragon SAS sniper that was pretty cool but I moved so many times and so many countries over the years I don't keep hold of things for long. I think they're now really expensive but excellent figures. The equipment you get with them well.... So much with each figure. Have a great evening.
The hole in the base of the capsule is original and is to let the water out when playing splash down. Also why on many of them the paper instrument panel sticker is ropey, due to water damage. There's a good restoration vid showing using Brasso wadding to clean the clear canopy. It does work well.
The modern Geyperman bodies that we get through Cotswold Collectibles have an internal friction fit instead of the rubber skeleton that the GI Joe Muscle bodies had. They are more like the Dynamic Physique (blue pants) Action Man. Good luck with the restoration!
@@ACTIONFAN-ky1ty I did not mean to sound like you will have a hard time. I am sorry that it came across that way. I don't know enough about Geyperman to tell when it was made, but I doubt it was purchased through the US distributor (Cotswold sells the body without a head). The legs have a rubber/elastic connection to the hips and torso, but the other joints are like later Action Man knees and elbows.
great video
Thank you for watching
Si Signor LOVE IT!!!
