Quick dumb question. You use a lot of ticking areas, I know nothing about them. Using more then one will overlap or something? Do you have to do a new one for each of your ideas containing them? Does one ticking area work for multiple plots?
Ticking areas in bedrock are limited to 10, what they do is basically load a chunk so that every tick update that happens (updates from commands, redstone and entities) continue even if the player isn’t loading the chunk
Can you please help me with something? The spawn protection commands that you showed in your video doesn't work. It works when you're entering the area. It puts you into adventure mode, but it doesn't put you back in survival when you leave the area. I need help
/execute as @a[y=-65] run tp @s ~ ~5 ~ (note:you can change the -65 to any y coordinate from which it will do the teleport, and the 5 after tp you can change how far up the player will go) put it in repeating unconditional always active command block
Does the radius of ticking area mean 1.how far the command block can be executed or 2. that radius where you can place cmd blocks and they can be executed everywhere?
@Vboy387 no not really u said the radius u can place cmd blocks but u can place cmd block everywhere, there is no limit. But there is a radius on how far it can be executed. For example u want somth to be build under u but after some radius the build will stop. Basically the cmd block go out of distance and will not work but with tickingarea it wont go out if u do what gabedala did
Are time limits possible in minecraft? For example Countdown from 5 minutes And at the end of the teleport all players related to the event Teleport out of it?.
You can add more command blocks that put the teams in adventure mode with a specific radius. So that nothing on the bedrock island can be destroy by your team
@@gabedala sorry I meant like a let’s say a beacon it is for the whole Minecraft world whenever you place the beacon it acts like a tp like when you step on any beacon it will tp you

To be honest I don’t know. I only have 3 of them because when I make tutorials I usually make a new ticking area then forget to delete them haha

Ticking area means the radius u can increase of the usage of cmd blocks or else there is a limit of using it idk the area
