i bouth w211 2004 and i don't need another car as long as i live.i lika toyota they are great cars to,and i will do the same this summer only i will go with black color on whole car ,black lether interior headlights it will be just for me ..great car for long long distances
May I ask how old you are to see how long you intend to drive this car. Mine is a 2003...I feel the same about buying clothes, shoes, new cars, tv, etc and I am approaching 50 🙂.

no you don't have to replace the bumper, the face lift grill fits the bonnet, but because the face lift grill its pointy will look different with the old bumper, the face lift bumper is also pointy to create a nice line between bumper and grill.
Hi, yes my car is a 2005 so i bought a 2007 front bumper and i bought a new grill to go with it, just plug and play,the only thing you have to look at is if you have parking sensors you will need to remove the holders from the old bumper and put on the new one

I have an 06 E350(pre-facelift) and I bought the front bumper cover for an 09 E350 AMG. Folks online are saying that I need the entire bumper structure from the 09 in order to fit a pre-facelift E-class? I hope its not true....
@@oncreal It was plug and play. I didn't need to change the brackets and the conversion looks amazing. My car looks exactly like an 09 AMG. The folks telling me I would need different brackets didn't know what they were talking about...
@@pizzaduder also dont forget to change the parking sensors from your old bumper to the new one, the bonnet release that allows to pull to open the bonnet on the grill , you will have to buy an extend one ,because the grill has a pointy shape. Thats all u need
@Wide Body yes if is the same chassi yes, the mods u can do without too much fuss about are : front bumper, front grill ( you need to move your parking sensors from your old bumper to the new)

@@HOWTODIYwithEddy I can change my headlights W211 phase1 to phase2. My repairman says it's very difficult because these 2 headlights are different Socket. (My car hasn't active headlights just xenon normal headlights)

You are missing the new headlights and tail lights and side mirrors wich got modified in the facelift
yes, this is only a few items on facelift, the door mirrors don't fit the pre facelift doors
