I don't know if you're a fiction guy, but I just finished his book "Gates of Fire" about the Spartans at Thermopylae that the Movie "300" was based on, and it's one of the finest, most emotionally engaging books I've ever read.

Mental note to self: if you still don't feel it after you're done, atleast you showed up and did it anyway. I would add after a period of time the numbers will compound on each other. Meaning expect to have more days that you're not feeling it than actually wanting to do it. Both scenarios will compound on each other and you will get results anyway because you decided to take action everytime. Thanks GC!
When i feel bummed out i focus on surfing because it reminds me of my value in life aside from the rat race. I'm glad you shared this. You help me feel more normal.
