found the heavy birds are when you combined wind and humidity or wind and wet ground. I shoot a Improved Mod with a hot 7 1/2 shot and it helped.

Really enjoyed the video. Picked up some great tips. I have had trouble with shooting that many shots in competition. My back gets really tight. Any tips for an older guy who wants to last longer?

I use 11/8 1145's STS for both shots I believe Samatha uses federal 1145's also but I will check to make sure. Bob uses STS 1145's as well. See you on the line my friend!
