The Lai or Tempo of the beat is slow, probably 60 BPM with Ektaal Theka. Now, here is a suggestion for just trying out in practice...Try Taal Dadra at high speed of 160 or so, have the lead singers sing the main lines and have young kids to sing and repeat main lines back and forth, duff holders can sing with the young kids and the sound output will be so beautiful, you would not believe.
