VW Touareg 2014. Blowing only cold air. No heat

My 2014 VW Touareg’s heat stopped working. It would only blow cold air even when set to full heat and the engine was hot.
I checked the blend doors and the fuses first, all were ok. The heater control valve (N82) was the problem. OEM part number 7PP 819 810 A

I cried and thanked god 🤣🤣I know that feeling. Thanks for the video, going to give mine a shot. Different issue but it helps a lot to see whats going on behind the wheel arch cover. (mine is leaking fluid)

I just tapped on this valve and my heat returned
No codes no heat
Just ac !!!
Now heat works 100 pct !!
