So with that technology why is this case not solved?? If it’s money they need to say we’ll start a fund to hire a gynecologist to do this case! They have the DNA right!! What’s the holdup! Thanks so much for this video Paul! I’ll be here for more! I follow your channel Thanks Paul❤

Me too, especially the cold case involving my own father's disappearance in Tasmania, Australia in 1992, not long before I turned 14. My younger half sister was nearly 2 years old at the time. He's been a missing person for over 32 years now, and I've finally come to accept that I'm probably never going to get answers in this lifetime. Unfortunately, like so many unsolved cases, there was a completely blundered police investigation involved, which took me many, many years to come to terms with. Even now, I still occasionally have times of extreme anger and frustration toward the police and their gross incompetence.
I really do hope that the answers to all of my questions are waiting for me when I pass away❤
As devastating as having a missing parent can be, I cannot even begin to imagine what it must be like to have a missing child, which is something I could never with on another human.

They kill her in the basement, go back write a 2 page note with the exact amount of money in John’s bonus check but never calls to find out where is the money. They called every friend they had over to the house but no one is actually out looking for the child they are all inside contaminating the crime scene. John doesn’t panic when he finds her. I think the person who killed JonBenet was someone the Ramsey’s wanted to protect. It could’ve been one of our three main suspects, a family member or a friend. She could’ve been drugged and killed at the party that night by a creepy friend and the Ramseys decided to protect the person and pretend she was sleeping and then brought her home to begin the coverup. Or it could’ve happened after the party by someone in their house. Whether it was Patsy, John, Burke or even John’s older son (if he was there), I’m not sure. But I also always come back to believing Patsy wrote the letter. So I completely agree that between the three of them, they’ve always known what happened.

Here is one thing to consider: Suppose that one of the three (father, mother, son) did something that resulted in JonBenet's death, and the other two colluded to protect that person. Which of these three options is more likely to occur . . . 1-Father and son lie to protect mother. 2-Mother and son lie to protect father. 3- Father and mother lie to protect son. Number 3 is far more likely to have occurred than the other two options, in my opinion. That does not mean that it DID occur. Even though the other two options are much less likely does not mean they could not have occurred, but it is food for thought.

One thing I always come back to is they were so concerned with what the public thought of the family and image, accomplishments, and perfection. It almost makes all 3 scenarios equally possible. But it's so hard for me to see them hurt this baby as bad as she was. Then I think of all the fucked up parents. Them not following the instructions from the fucked up letter gets me though. Imo someone else was over or one of them had to do it. John changing stories tho where one places him reading her a story- last to see her makes me wonder too. It's so hard to examine this case. The media has spun it so many ways etc. I hope this little girl gets justice soon.

And knew they would find a pen and paper in a convoluted home, no issue.
And the ransom amount - either it was a child who had no idea what amount would make a kidnapping like this worth the risk, or an adult trying to pin it on a child.
It's all about the ransom note, some body analysts have said that that's the thing the parents had the most visible stress over.
Isn't it very inconvenient to not only have a dead daughter but also a killer son? It would reflect very badly on a pair of narcissistic parents who are concerned with their image.
Just speculating though. But this is the only thing that has made sense to me all along.

The Ramseys lived in this big elaborate house that the intruder, who also knew John’s exact bonus & only asked for it, but also allegedly worked for a foreign faction, knew how to break in without disturbing anything, take his daughter downstairs without alerting anyone…fed her pineapple & also knew where the luggage was to hide her as well as the broken window (that John Ramsey broke). He also wrote out an entire ransom note with their paper & pen, but then left her body in the home?
This is such an obvious fabricated, set-up crime scene. The only reason John Ramsey is free is because of his wealth.

I love your channel! I was “Burke did it” for the longest time. That is until I learned about a string of child murders in the area. Murders of little blonde girls.
Especially one instance where a little girl’s bedroom was broken into and an assault was attempted. The mom intervened and the guy leapt out of their second story window.
    - he knew the little girl by name
    - the girl went to Jonbenet’s dance studio
    - he was described as a heavy smoker, 5’7, wearing a baseball cap backwards, wearing all black
    - cig butts were found in the alley behind the Ramseys house that were never tested for DNA
    - they lived two miles from
    The Ramseys
    - he’d been stalking them while squatting in the neighbors above garage apartment
    He has never been caught.
Another little Boulder girl was abducted from her school when her mom dropped her off late. The little girl came up against the schools locked doors and the mom didn’t know, providing an opportunity for a perp to abduct her.
She was found murdered off the side of the highway
It’s not that the parents couldn’t have done it, it’s that they’re too smart to have done in in the way that it was.
Whoever killed JB was a sadistic pedo. No doubt.
To note: yes I do agree the Ramseys behavior was suspicious. Maybe they freaked out when they felt like they were targets. Maybe they thought Burke did, maybe he did. But I don’t think so. I was adamant RDI for the longest but… idk.
I don’t know what really happened. I hope it gets solved someday!

Agree w your points. The most important evidence to me is the autopsy showing that she was alive when both potentially fatal wounds occurred ( neck from garrote and blow to the head). She kind of simultaneously had fatal wounds and having petechiae in the eye/cheek area and a head bleed from the blow to the head show that each were done while she was alive. There is no way in my mind that this occurred by any of the family. Staging does not happen while the victim is alive. The only thing I’ve ever heard that made sense is that a pedo ( they do believe they are “in love” and playing a game - at least some subtypes…) did the garrote suffocation one too many times…realized she was minimally breathing and would be a vegetable if she survived at all and did a mercy killing with the blow to the head.

True Crime Garage (podcast) finally changed my mind when it came to this case, after years of going by what the media stories said & what seemed to me to be obvious.
To me it comes down to the autopsy, the extensive and severe petichial hemorrhaging, particularly in her eyes, which means she was not bashed in the head first. She was strangled first, which points to a child predator. I think it may have been someone the fam knew from that goofy church...there were many creepy dudes with predatory histories towards children that were part of that whole group. Also some very creepy photographers.
There's been enough money for Parabon to do IG, no reason for them not to have solved this already besides Boulder flat out refusing to. Their tunnel vision is the reason it's been stagnant. They refuse to do any further testing, which is extremely... po-dunk to me.

I believe the parents either definitely did it or they know who did for a couple reasons. One of the main reasons was that if their daughter were truly kidnapped, why leave your other child sleeping alone in the other room in that huge mansion? As a parent, my other children would be glued to my hip. I believe they purposely contaiminated the scene. Even patsy spoke about the oj case on a talk show...so they clearly followed that case which was big on a contaiminated crime scene.

When the police asked Burke if he was scared the murderer would come back, he said he wasn't, which is extremely unusual for a child whose sibling has been murdered. CONTINUED - the two things I need to know, and as many hours I have spent researching them, I still find multiple different answers: is there evidence of long term SA? For every no I have found 2 yesssses AND did the head injury happen before or after death? Without those two questions being answered with fact, I can’t settle on a road to go down.

Different Dr's came to different conclusions about the SA.
It also appears the SA was not human contact but an object?
The history of uti's & something like 100 Dr visits by age 6 is concerning, however. So it seems their family Dr may have turned a blind eye.

@ I know!!!! I went through hours of reading and it seemed like no one agreed on the history of abuse. One guy even discussed the Hyman’s condition but there were so many factors that could have impacted its condition. One out of my three daughters had reoccurring UTIs that faded over time. Couldn’t find any reason for it, just a thing so I get it. Is her health record public? Because I know there were many visits for various things. But Patsy went through cancer…being a hypochondriac towards your children is not uncommon after something like that. My two daughters age difference is the same as Burke and JonBenet, even though it wasn’t my first, having that 4 yr difference made it feel like my first kid and I did go to the dr for every goose egg and fall. I pay for insurance so why the hell not???

Patsy wrote the 3 page letter, no doubt, so she was covering for herself or another family member. The Ramsey’s refused to interview with the police for months, and then only did so with lots of conditions. They gave media interviews on channels like CNN to get their side out before talking to police. John Ramsey hired separate lawyers for himself, Patsy, Burke, his ex wife, and both of the children from his 1st marriage. Even John’s kids in Atlanta refused to speak to police. The Ramsey’s hired PR people (he denies this but is lying), pressured and used their connections to get special treatment. The Ramsey’s sued everyone who made accusations against them. They sued CBS for 250 million, they basically sued the media to stop talking about them. That’s why the new so called “documentary” was done in connection with John Ramsey, showing his side, better to do that than risk being sued. John Ramsey has twisted the facts so much, what you hear in the Netflix doc are NOT the true unbiased facts.

I can’t believe that anyone would go to commit a crime totally unprepared. The fact that such a long “ransom” letter was written using paper and pen from the house doesn’t make any sense. Such a specific amount of money doesn’t make sense. The fact that the police searched the house and couldn’t find her. But, John found her immediately doesn’t make sense. It seems to me it had to be an inside job. I do think Patsy wrote the letter in an attempt to cover up who did it. I just can’t decide who I think actually murdered her. I have a theory on someone who may have harmed her beyond recovery but may not be the person who ended her. I don’t think justice will ever be served and that not only makes me sad but also furious.

  • @heidi_d
    @heidi_d 22 дня назад +2

The fresh pineapple in her stomach always makes me wonder what happened. And the fact that only Patsy and Burke’s fingerprints were on the pineapple bowl and glass. JonBenet supposedly didn’t have any, and was put straight to bed, so their story doesn’t make sense. (None of them do, tbf)
The other thing that bugs me is the two marks on her body that supposedly came from a taser. Or was it the train track from Burke’s train set?
But I agree, the parents are just too fishy to be completely innocent. I think they must know what happened.

One theory is that Burke had a friend sleep over and planned to go on their trip with them (Burke constantly had a friend over to play with, I personally believe to keep Buke entertained and occupied to keep him from fighting and picking on Jon Benet) just my belief from studying this case. My theory is the Stine boy. The last family friends house they stopped at that night. Something happened between the two boys and jonbenet accidentally and Both parents had a part in covering. They had to cover because a family friends son was there, involved and implicated as well. The boy left on Burkes Bike that night and went back to his house which was not that far away. The Stines were not called to come over that day she was found, even though they were the closest friends. And the closeness of their frienship was downplayed to LE after. In crime scene photos you can notice two soda cans in burkes sink. We can start from the beggining and still wont be able to get full justice because so much was lied about, covered up and convoluted purposley. A mixture of miniscule dna wont bring any real answers. The "pagentry" of it all. Allegedly just a theory. We're probably wrong. 🤔

@@aliquot8404Not correct. There was patches of snow. There's even crime scene photos of outside of the home and there's bicycle tracks in the snow. Although it was stated JonBenet rode her bike earlier in the day before they left for dinner at friends house.

From the start I just wanted to tell you Paul… I think a lot of people our age are crazy invested in this case but we were so scared and confused over the years we tend to keep everything to ourselves…
EDIT: Paused at 18:29 I have considered and my gut says Burke did it, John & Patsy covered for him. They shielded him so much from the police at jump it’s so suspicious. However like you say there has yet to be enough evidence to truly call anyone out or place anyone as a suspect.
