Marko needs to get on the damn treadmill and practice singing that chorus while running (plus the words attack, black, back, etc are kicking his ass when he tries to hit the notes, but he can do it). Otherwise, a lot of the technical things are fixable since HRT is partially to blame and Sweden will do him more justice visually.

Zašto to neprekidno prozivanje Markovih nedostataka? Zašto? I kojih nedostataka? Fantastično je to odradio, fantastičan mu je outfit, muzika i scenski nastup , ja ne pronalazim nikakve nedostatke u glasu. Emocije su odradile jedan dio, a to je i sam priznao, 😂, pa na kraju krajeva, treba skakati po toj pozornici i pjevati, ni Mick Jagger to ne uspijeva, glas mu puca. U takvom ritmu to je potpuno nemoguće, zato je i ubačen onaj sjajan tecno intermezzo da se na trenutak odmori. Pratim ostale komentatore i ide mi strašno na živce stalno spominjanje rukava. To je naša narodna nošnja, sve na njemu, i ostalim izvođačima je moderniziran styling naših narodnih nošnji. Sve je usklađeno s pjesmom. Što je više slušam, sve više shvaćam koliko je savršena. Hvala Marko, super si. ❤

Ne slazem se nuzno s tvojim misljenjem. Bez zirija raznovrsnost na Eurosongu bi znacajno pala i imali bismo pjesme istog kalibra. Ali znam da su mnogi takvog stava. S obzirom na promjene koje Eurosong dozivljava u zadnjih 10 godina tko zna sto ce biti, do tad se nadamo da ce i ziri prepoznati sto saljemo 🐈🔥

Ovdje je sam Bog imao svoje prste. Vidljivo iz rezultata i činjenice da je došao na natjecanje kao rezerva. Kontra Boga nemam što reći jasno je tko ima. Rekao je Hrvatsku bolnu istinu tragediju današnjice. Danas nije poželjno govoriti istinu i to je jedini problem.
Ima nesto u tome, slazem se. Nadam se da ce ovo biti u inat svoj korupciji i nepotizmu s kojim zivimo ... naprijed Baby Lasagna! 🐈

Croatia won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1989 (the group Riva with the song Rock me) while it was part of Yugoslavia. That was Yugoslavia's only victory at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Svi smo uzbuđeni! Ali gledam toliko reakcija i razmišljam se... mislim da bi unatoč svemu trebao barem mrvicu promijeniti elemente da izbjegne neprekidnu usporedbu s Kaarijom, koliko god meni ni blizu nije sličilo: dakle rukavi i zeleno svjetlo. Samo mrvicu da porade na tome i nastup će biti legendaran
Rukavi se mogu protumaciti kao etno element i njih bi svakako ostavio. Zeleno svjetlo se istice al to se da promijenit svakako. Ljudi apsolutno uvijek uspoređuju i od tog se ne moze pobjec. Samo nek on sve odradi na najvisoj razini i ja sretan 😄

You are right, but in context of Dora this is a huge step forward. Listen to the other songs. Among them there are some with great vocals and good songs, but only few of them would be able to be noted in ESC.
Music production of HRT got better in the last 5 years with Voice Croatia and programnes like A strana. I find it very good that Dora could become a festival for review different types of music genres. The victory of Baby Lasagna is huge for Dora as programne.
Marko is not only performer of the music, but also an author and producer. He made many songs for German bands and got also awarded for it. He was a guitarist of the band Mantra, so he has as well stage experience.
In general, he is a refreshment in pretty boring Croatian ESC entries.
It is unique as a package. Do you think songs like "ne plačem zbog nje" "lying eyes" "voljena ženo" even tattoo are unique?
@@frankocoric392I absolutely agree with you! It's a massive step forward for us. If only he wasn't a backup 😅 that is a great narrative for him how he rose from a backup to a possible winner... BUT having Batifiaca and Ferlin in the selection and not him... I would really like to speak to people who thought they were doing something right 🤦
Producing a song that is super unique today is very hard. The only was to do it is to make is super inaccessible and niche but that will get you nowhere in terms of the contest. Even songs like Ireland who sound super unique surely have similarities with songs from that niche
