Just a Disclaimer: If you're using Winrar you need to extract the images first to another file and then from that file put the image you need into Giphy. Giphy wont let you put images or animated images into their software if its from a Winrar file as it doesn't recognize its vanilla image.

Fix for 8 mb thing | After Resizing It Don't Click Save Yet At The Bottom Where It says save at the BOTTOM there will be a optimize button click on it and set the compression to whatever is below 8 it will show how much Mib on the bottom of the gif then save and do the rest Also try and get the lowest compression possible.
Look up your profile background on the market place, press the "view full image" button, copy the link and paste it into the box that says "paste a background URL here" done!
I can't seem to get the middle panel artwork to line up properly in the artwork showcase. Seems like it's always too tall and doesn't go from corner to corner :(
Helpful, but slightly fast, people dislike long videos but this one was quite fast compared to what I expected, listening and doing it first time at such a high speed was not an easy task, but thanks anyways :)

Is there a way to improve the quality of the picture ( gif )? Cuz resizing is making it a little blurry and not that clear, in some backgrounds is more noticeable...just saying. But good video altogether, thanks!
It's a nice vid and I just searched it up to find the console command as I've done it before. But you did fail to mention that some people *might* have to compress the gif in photoshop etc. but ig u could do that on ezgif aswell.
I only recommend compressing the file if you're unwilling to remove effects to the gif, most people just put wayyy too many stickers or text on the gif which obviously increases the size. I haven't heard anyone have an issue with file size after converting to a gif with nothing on it though...
@@TheEyesaac Well, as someone who actually does artwork in AE with animation etc. You very often need to compress the middle part in PS. But if someone only adds small stuff then sure. Altho now with the moving backgrounds they are already above 8mb without anything added.
@@TheEyesaac For future people having the same issue as I had, when I had my animated profile background (the larger one on the left) with no stickers or text added in gify it was still too big. Steam do not allow anything over 8MB and mine turned out to be 16MB and so @Vaney would be correct in saying that there is a possibility for people to compress.
You need to turn the side panel into a gif as well on giphy just add anything to the image and then resize it to the same height as you did with the middle image enter the code again and then upload and when you set it on your profile it should fit like it does in the video
what is the second photo's size? 3:18 i have problems with the second photo, i won't get it the same size as that first picture. That second image is only half the size of that first image.
Personally I suggest pausing the video a lot, because much of what you're gonna do revolves around downloading, resizing, or editing things so doing it side by side with the video is difficult!
I have been using the Neon Drive background for years now its funny your using it for the example, I actually wanna change mine from the Neon Drive, its a great background I am just bored of it lmao.
I agree, it's stupid for steam to make you level up before you can do this, but I do have a video on how to level up quick and easy if you wanna check it out :)
