Love the size, the champagne dial, ceramic bezel, the finishing, longines knocked it out the park with this one. I hear people complain about the clasp but I'm not too worried about it.
Looks great and purchasable right up to the point you find out they have started using a modular 2894 chronograph movement instead of their sensational proprietary column wheel integrated chronograph movement. Not only downgrading their own chronographs they’ve started to charge more! Now you know and can make an informed decision 😊
@@lewfullwood4345the new conquest is an upgrade to the older models, but 3.3k Aus is a steep asking price for a lot of new buyers. My main problem is that the case size at 41mm is just way too big for most small wrists, and there’s no 39mm option
@@CamelJockey562 this is just a regular ETA movement. Same movement in the Rado Captain Cook Chronograph or the Hamilton Chronograph. Nothing wrong but nothing special. In my book, cheaper service cost down the line instead of an in house movement.
@@CamelJockey562 well, in my example, the older movement with a column wheel means you can leave the chronograph mechanism running with next to no additional wear on the movement. The new movement has a vertical clutch, which means it isn’t advisable to leave the chronograph movement running full time due to enhanced wear and tear. Not that you’d want to run the chrono full time, but it does mean servicing is likely to be more regular with the new movement because of this.
Or you can just save your money and get a Rolex. I noticed whenever someone complains about thickness of a watch and overall mm size, they’re comparing it to a Rolex they either can’t get or afford.
@@robmac85 Lol. If buying a Longines was the same as buying a Rolex, one of the brands hould cease to exist... To say that if you buy a cheaper watch you must sacrifice thinness is ridiculous. I have 2 Monta watches, one is 9mm thin and the other is 12mm thin. Amazing watches, more confortable than a Rolex or a Tudor, and don't cost 10k or 4k..
define cheap ETA. or is all ETA cheap to you because you can't jerk off to the idea of your watch having an in-house movement? This watch has good accuracy, is easier to service and will last you as long as any other chronograph movement that's made in-house with proper care.
Too much money for a modular chrono movement, Longines made a mistake in the price, they have put more expensive column wheel chrono movements in less expensive watches. Maybe 1k -1.5k less would be a good buy. People will buy on emotion though. It's a looker though.
That’s one gorgeous watch!

Really fantastic watch, soon my third modern longines watch, I have one till fonctioning after quite 100 years...
Thats longines!
Like a daytona and a breitling had a beautiful baby 👍
and cheap af too
Near perfect chronograph, just the perfect amount of Flash/ Flare but not overly done. Very tasteful and classy (champagne dial)
Deffo a statement piece. Almost breitling like.
Class and sport combined.
Gyönyörű látványos darab. 🫶👍😘❤️🥂
Mine from yesterday. I am so happy and so in love with it.
Longines hit it right on the head with this watch
Probably because it's a daytona homage....
Looks like a mixture of a speedy and a Daytona but with the longines flavor
have you seen and touched this garbage in person? It looks and feels CHEAP
@@saijinkaiHow so? Too light?
I hope they come out with this in a smaller size . What an absolute banger 🔥
What is the model number ? Beautiful watch
Just ordered mine!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant wait!
Seems to be a big watch
I normally discard chronographs as completely pointless but this one...
..this one is just fantastic.
Can't wait for the review.
Здравствуйте. Если выбирать между Longines Conquest Chronograph и Frederique Constant Highlife Chronograph, что лучше?
Head turner for sure
Longines taking shots straight across the Rolex bow? Bold of them
With the warm lighting it looks like the bracelet is champagne color as well but it is not.. Would have been stunning if it was
Looks stunning on your write Chis!
Is this the 42mm marco odermatt?
Absolutely gorgeous 😍 ❤️
Бомба!!! Что за модель?
What model is this?
Simplemente precioso ha de ser la línea más premuim de longines!
Looks very big…. But pretty!
How thick is the case?
Could you share your wrist size please? I am considering this piece.
6.5 inch wrist size

Oh wow I didn’t even realise this! How about the new conquest, what are your thoughts on that??

Where's that ring from?
Love this!!! ❤🎉 💯
Beautiful but too big and too thick.. make it 39mm and 12mm thick and it's a perfect watch
that is very subjective, people have large wrists you know?
Not everyone wants 39mm watches bro.

Wow ❤
Men Beautiful.💯👍
Excellent watch...❤😂❤

What is the code of this model ?
Still cheap ETA movement? Or did they change it?

SUPER DUPER.... .. Like 👍546...

👌👍
Longines, supposedly built in Switzerland, repaired, when only 3 months old in Southampton!!!!!
🤔🤔🤔, 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
👀🔥👀🔥👀🔥👀
The watch aesthetically looks appealing however at 42 mm that’s way too big . I will definitely pass on this
Great! Too large on that wrist though.
Hard to read and no date😢
😮😮😮

Nice ring 😂😂😂
Sexy and classic. Need this in my collection 😍
Часы прекрасны на неухоженный руке! Вам надо носить касио, а не лонджин
講真?
