It was moved because they couldn’t extend it as there building plans on The Crumbles so it was rebuilt at Seaton where it now has a long line to Colyton, new trams as well as the old ones and is doing very well!
Oh how wonderful Geoff... I lived in Eastbourne for many many years... Am now residing at Lynton, in Devon...... Happy memories my friend...
The tramway was relocated to Seaton where it now runs alongside the River Axe to Colyford and Colyton in East Devon.
