thoes are the wrong bushings if you have excessive shifter wobble. the shifter will have some wobble but if it's moving side to side 2-3 inches, it's your shift u joint going bad. the kartboy bushings you bough will act as a bandaid, but you will still have alot of play. I have the kartboy bushings and light weight crank pulley and love the quality, you won't be dissapointed!
The plan for this car is a rally type build correct? Have you considered forester struts? From the pictures ive seen, they will give the car a pretty substantial lift
Rally cars are not lifted, lol they have a longer travel suspension which gives the illusion of the car looking lifted, typically due to the smaller wheel diameter typically 15" rims are used which makes a huge wheel gap.
second this. Impreza suspension is good out of the box unless you plan to compete in Rally America or want to jump the car. Leave the stock strut spring combo on there. If you feel the need to upgrade, do the struts to KYB GR-2's or AGX's if you want adjustability. you would be better off getting stiffer engine mounts and drivetrain mounts to keep the differential and running gear from flexing under loads.

that is a protective finish on the rotors while it sits in a box for it will not rust once you do the pad and rotor break-in it will come off.
