When I use screen writing, it takes a picture of the screen (like a screenshot) and I can write whatever I want with various colors and types of styles with the option to save the screen write

Samsung NOTE series is always my favorites since i started using note 2...unfortunately note 7 is recalled. Now i am happy to have note 8. I am also using the pen on Tablet note 10.1 . Bigger screen for notes taking and projects....👍👍👍👍👍

The alarm for the forgotten pen was already there in the Note 3 five years ago. I suppose you can just use your finger to write notes for memos or to add a commentary at the back of a photo or to write something on a screenshot when you do it as these features were already there in the Note 3. Is there an improvement in the hand-writing recognition and auto-correction process when you want to send messages or mails using the pen or your finger ? Thanks for the video !
And yeah, signatures. You can save a PNG version of it from any drawing app. And then, in any document you want to paste it, it's easy. I also remember using handwritten text for one of my PowerPoint presentations. My project sponsor, loved it. After all majority of those just by Apple for whatever reasons. And again, it's a sweet device to make someone understand something on the go. I remember using it to explain concepts to people on-the -go, in metro, cafeteria, etc.
I pretty much feel like the SPen was made for me lol BUT I hate that it doesn't allow you to save certain colors, like on the Note3 for example. Also, the only pen tool that allows you to change its transparency is the highlighter, whereas the older Note3 allowed that in a few other tools. I'm wondering why an older model's options are less limited than updated ones. I wouldn't trade the always on Air Command for anything tho! The alarm for the SPen doesn't always work but I did just learn that timestamp feature from you, so thanks!
Hood Genius u can also do it using foo view app, u wont view how good the app is, i too used to do using s pen, but once u use it, you can't live with out it
I don't have the Note 8. Got the Note FE and I can say that I use the s pen alot. I rely on phone for my emails especially when I am travelling so copy and paste from another email. The S pen made my life so easier to do this than just using my finger from my previous phone. Nice tips by the way. :)
The SPen alarm has already saved me from buying a new one countless times over. I'm a recent convert from iPhones to the Galaxy Note 8 and I'm loving it. Never thought I would ever leave iPhones but I couldn't be happier I made that leap.
Hi, thanks for the review! How durable is the spen's tip? I own galaxy tab s3 and even though I carry the pen in the pocket of the tablet's protective cover the tip got so loose after 2 months it stopped being reliable on the screen. The same thing happened after I exchanged it for a new one.
