Both of them (McDee) are rubbish for serving junk food. The only thing I would like to comment about UK... is their health and food saftey standards are much higher so McDee has to serve higher quality meat then they serve in US or India. But again all of them just unhealthy. Rather spend more and eat healthy or make your food at home.
