$51K for 25 sq meters/269 sq feet b1050K per month HOA fee (aka b15,000/annum) b10K per month rent (aka $293) plus the fees paid to Shon for renting it out each month plus the fees to have it cleaned each month ...and you'd have to rent it out every single month plus any repairs the HOA does not cover I was just looking at a gorgeous 1200 sq ft (4 times the space) 1 bedroom condo for $55K in the US w/garage parking. Of course, the monthly condo association fees are $593/month, but that includes water, sewer, trash, maintenance and landscaping.
You pay the water here in Thailand and the HOA fees that cover all of the above is only $32 a month compared almost $600 a month is a huge savings 👍👍👍 plus agent fees is only 1 month rent for every 12 months if someone living there. With no stress to the owner who only sits back and collects 10k baht a month. Great deal 👍
