Hey Henry! Tyler here! Try using 2-3 fingers with your non-throw hand, to spread your trapeze. This will open the gap between those two strings a bit making it easier to aim for that inside/closer string, and maintain the triangle segment formed by the strings :)
Unless you’ve already gotten it, you’re supposed to gently rock the bearing back and forth. If it doesn’t come out then, put a little lube in the bearing seat, give it a few more wiggles. If it still won’t budge, give the lube a while to work into the bearing seat (maybe an hour or two) and just keep gently rocking. Eventually it will wobble out of the bearing seat
