Really awesome video! 3-4 years ago TAMMERmatic had a stint where they were trying to get here in the US market and they brought a machine to the trade show. Lots of unique concepts on this machine you don’t see on machines here. I will also never get over how long the wash cycles are!
Thanks! These have become very popular in the northern EU countries. They do have interesting design choices like onboard chassis wash, wheelshine etc. Programs tend to be long in the European systems. Reason for this is the programming and contouring nozzle cycles & contouring drying. These can be programmed to be fast, but long programs are typical for European systems. For fast wash here is one example with the T700: ruclips.net/video/lAVdTby3tnA/видео.html Wash time without the drying is 4.30 min. So drive through dryers would help for the speed. Here is one in the US: ruclips.net/video/n_K0gRvD25c/видео.html but I think it's very rare to see these in the US. Tammermatic has also other solutions for the speed like T700 Twin where there is 2 machines working in tandem to really speed up the process. It's super rare and only one what I know is located in Norway. T700 Takt has separate drying and polishing machine. Takt systems are somewhat common in Europe (Not T700 yet). Tammermatic also now has new design conveyor system what I really like: ruclips.net/video/esD9TqJuZbQ/видео.html
@@Carwashitzehoe This was filmed in the Tammermatic factory so these programs don't have prices. However if this system were in the service station wash price would be around 25-30€.
Now some people might misunderstand the "lava foam" terminology by thinking it either melts the dirt off your car and/or moves so slowly, it takes an hour to cover the vehicle. 😎
Well for some reason many car wash manufacturers calls it lava 😁 It seems to be new trend now. It's good that it doesn't take so long to cover the car 🤔😁
They sell them all over Europe. There are some older Tammermatic Ultra machines in Germany which were sold under the "Wap" brand. These have an unusual side brush which is beared on both ends.

I think these machines would do well in Japan, if they would allow their importation.
Oh yes these would sell well in the Japan. I think only problem would be the size. These are bigger than the Japanese car washes.
Very nice!
Thank you :)
@@CarWash811 is it expensive this programm?

Wow awesome machine. Hey are the wheel brushes applying tire shine during the dryer phase ??
Thanks! Yes the tire brushes are polishing the wheels during the drying cycle.

awesome machine and technique. Do they sell to German gas stations?

What is that clicking sound in the lava foam?
Must be the pumps. I am not sure.
What was that knocking sound when the lava was being applied?
That was the pump for the lava foam. Sometimes pumps for different chemicals can sound like that.
Similar to a flo jet pump - an air actuated pump (flutters) like a heartbeat.
Hmmm...... The dryer sounds like Christ Wash Systems dryer or something else..
Missä päin suomea, olisi kiva käydä tuolla
Terve! Tämä on Tammermaticin tehtaalla. Sinne pitää saada kutsu, jos haluat tutustua koneeseen :)
Käyty 😜
