14:11 may be the most unsettling for me, because it reminds me of yuri laughing through the pain of stabbing herself, and it's like she's breathing heavily because she knows she's dying but is still trying to get a grip on her on life. the staticky, soft piano is reminiscent of better times, and is like an attempt to save the whimsical, playful atmosphere, but anything left of that is drowned out with tragedy.

the yuri death weekend scene gave me a feeling of dread, guilt, and discomfort I can never describe. Whatever it is, it's because of the stillness of yuri during it, the fact that it's day time during a lot of it, the drying blood and eyes turning grey and body sinking in, and lastly the music especially.

But the club still goes on.
Something really disturbing about 0:40. Apparently, that should recreate how Sayori's suicide went. When someone hangs themselves "properly" their neck snaps. Well after they are already dead their body is obviously still hanging there...and while they hang their neck begins to slowly stretch out, because it is suddenly carrying a huge amount of dead weight. This would make a horrifying flesh stretching noise as it expands. As for the squeaking that everyone assumes is rats; while the neck is stretching any last pockets of air left in the throat is pushed out with all the force, emitting a high pitched squeaking noise. Now as we know Sayori did not fall from a great enough height meaning she instead essentially suffocated herself. This makes the sound even worse. This turns them into the sound of Sayori struggling against the rope, all of the air being sucked out of her by the tightness of the rope. This would also explain the red screen and pulsing veins; could possibly be all the pressure that might be accumulating in her brain. Would also explain the muffled music because of all the pressure on her ears.
Holy shit I never looked at it that way.
Actually, the flesh sound is Sayori and her hands. You know, she tried to stop, pulled the rope but just ended up getting bloody fingers.

At first I assume that the subtle creepy laughter you hear in one of the tracks during Act 2 was Yuri's. But what if, in truth, it was not Yuri but actually Monika. Think about it; the track is played on a piano. And who plays piano in the club? That's right: it's Monika. And it was already established that whenever a piano track is played on-screen, Monika is somewhere watching you. So put two-and-two together, the end result would be Monika watching you being confessed to by Yuri while she subtly laughs maniacally knowing that what comes next, is pure entertainment for her.

Well, Monika said herself that she didn't intend to get Yuri (or Sayori) killed. She just tried to make them as unlikable as possible for the players to want to avoid them but it just made both of them kill themselves. Also, I'm pretty sure the laughter during that scene sounds nothing like Monika's voice in the credits. So, in conclusion, I don't think it's Monika laughing. It's definitely Yuri.

Something really disturbing about 0:40. Apparently, that should recreate how Sayori's suicide went. When someone hangs themselves "properly" their neck snaps. Well after they are already dead their body is obviously still hanging there...and while they hang their neck begins to slowly stretch out, because it is suddenly carrying a huge amount of dead weight. This would make a horrifying flesh stretching noise as it expands. As for the squeaking that everyone assumes is rats; while the neck is stretching any last pockets of air left in the throat is pushed out with all the force, emitting a high pitched squeaking noise. Now as we know Sayori did not fall from a great enough height meaning she instead essentially suffocated herself. This makes the sound even worse. This turns them into the sound of Sayori struggling against the rope, all of the air being sucked out of her by the tightness of the rope. This would also explain the red screen and pulsing veins; could possibly be all the pressure that might be accumulating in her brain. Would also explain the muffled music because of all the pressure on her ears.

One thing that I (sorta) noted was that on my end (Bluetooth headphones), it sounded like the glitch part was starting on the left ear and was trying to reach to the right side as it got more and more intense. One thing that I also like to note is how Monika gets Yuri's eyes, Sayori's eyes become the same color of Monika's hair, and Natsuki borrowed Monika's eyes.

The thing is, they couldn’t put in creepy music. For a reason. The weekend scene is really freaking long, so a scary tune like Sayo-Nara would lose its effect. This is a pretty quiet scene, creepy music would ruin the moment. You’re stuck in the scene, letting what happened sink in. Any other music wouldn’t really have the same effect

0:27 When you hear this in the game, you get the red filter with the pulsing veins on the sides, and shortly after you black out. IMO this is happening from Sayori's perspective while she is hanging. The sound is the rope crushing her neck and after a few seconds she is trying to pry it off with her fingers (like Monika tells you about in the 1on1). Kind of like how chewing and swallowing sounds are loud if you plug your ears. Sounds also tend to muffle out when you are close to passing out, hence the music being like that.

If you said no to Yuri. She would be heartbroken. (Obviously) because if you don’t love her, what’s the point of living? She needs you to live, like she said, she feels like she’s gonna die if she’s not breathing the same air as you. So if you don’t return her feelings, what’s the point? So bam, she stabs herself.
But if you say yes, it’s the same ending, but a different reason. So, Monika said that when Yuri gets to excited, she cuts herself. That’s why in act 2 she was more unhinged and always was finding ways to get close to you and then find a way to leave the room. She leaves the room so she can hide and cut herself. So, if you say yes to her.. she will be overwhelmed. She can’t take it. She is so excited, just overwhelmed with emotion and excitement. It’s literally too much for her to handle. So, she needs to relieve it... but she can’t with just simple cuts.. so bam.. stab wounds to herself and she’s dead. She knew something was wrong with her, and she couldn’t control herself. It was too much for her to handle, and she couldn’t control herself at that point... so she put herself out of her misery and out of that excitement. In a way she wanted to escape, because her heart was probably pounding so hard, she wanted it to stop, but she couldn’t control it. But, at the same time, she wanted to pleasure herself, but... her way of pleasuring herself is self harm so... she’s dead!
Dan has also stated that it (saying “yes” to Yuri’s confession) can also be interpreted as being Yuri’s last attempt to stop herself before doing something absolutely horrible to MC. In the back of her mind, she knows something is wrong during the events of Act 2. You can see all throughout Act 2, she holds herself back last minute whenever she gets too excited.
