From the thumbnail I thought you had setup a stall selling Billingham bags in a park 😂 Billingham are by far the best camera bags on the market and the warranty service is 2nd to none, my Hadley One needed a small repair, was picked from New Zealand and was back at my door in 2 weeks and did not cost me a penny 😜
I still prefer the Hadley series, I used to have zipper shoulder bags and the zips tend to scratch against the lens/camera body when I remove/insert them into the bag.
Love'em all! Been using them bout ten years ago and they've gone through rain, snow, and some dessert trekking. Gotta say they still look like new, just softer now. Great products! Thanks for your intro and review! Keep it up Lok!
I've had a Hadley Pro literally for YEARS. No problems at all except I find shoulders bags too heavy over a long day's shooting. I would get the backpack but over £400!!!
I got 2 of the classics 225 models from Billingham bags made back in 1980/2000 and the first one I got it back in 2018 and i paid £70.00 for it and the second one I bought from a car boot sale in London on the 12/2/24 the 225 dark green colour £40.00 and is never been used and look brand new
I'm confused why everyone is complaining about the zipper. Keep the flap unsecured and the zipper unzipped - now you have fast access and your stuff won't fall out when you're bending over AND it has semi-protection from rain, unlike an open flap. I have 2 Hadleys in different sizes, but I think this mini eventer is perfect. The bottom leather really makes a difference IMO.
Great video, reminds me why I dumped using slrs. I totally forgot about the whole aspect of having to look cool and stylish with your camera bag. So silly and ridiculous.
How are you doing Lok? I have issues with a sling type of camera bag. The weight. Back Pack (two shoulder strap) type is better. I do hope Billingham puts that into account.
Fault number one with almost any camera back are that the lid opens towards the body, the lid should open away from the body ! I do not like the zip in the Mini Eventer, the Camera gear should be accessible at once when you open the lid ! I have seen a camera bag that opens away from the body and you get a shelf you can use to put Lenses and camera on when you shift Lenses or memory cards or battery, but I do not remember the brand name or model name of that camera bag, anyone who knows it ? Thank you.
I make almost all of my videos you see here, in my Cantonese channel, my native tongue, like this one: 點揀英國 Billingham 相機袋 / 仲有新出 Mini Eventer [中文字幕] ruclips.net/video/aeq14mWaKIY/видео.html
Actually that's a good point; I never thought of it but really if there's plant base meat, there shouldn't be hard to do really high quality "alternative" leather (and I don't mean the current PU plastic fake leather); it could be an option when you buy their bag, each would look and feel the same, just like they offer two kinds of fabric.
I don’t like shoulder bags. Backpacks are more comfortable and practical. I don’t care about the look at all when I can carry around my gear without back pain.
I like this bag. My nephew is a videographer and on a recent event, someone broke into the vehicle the camera crew was using to hold their equipment bags. He uses an old child’s diaper bag to carry his lenses and extra camera bodies. During the theft, the thieves reached across his beat up dirty diaper bag with thousands of dollars worth of lenses and picked up his cohort’s Nikon camera bag. He refuses to carry brand name, camera specific bags. Just a thought.
Glad you realised that. Other than I can keep the bags, nope they never pay me, they have zero control of my video, and they never even tell me about the features of their bags! And I always put my reputation above a few hundreds dollars bag.
Love the way you say wideo. Great review Sir , and we are blessed to have you living over here now. Please keep up the good work and keep safe Sir 👍.
Hey man great vid. Whoch one fots your panasonic s1 and 13in macbook pro the best.
I wish they made the strap removable and interchangeable like the Hadley One! I love customising my Billingham bags!

That's amazing, I never expect it would be completely free
Lok, you are so nice! DigitalRevTV vibes here 😍
"I hope this answers the questions you never asked", haha you're the best Lok. Hong Kong people add oil!
Thanks for the feature Lok! :)
The one deal breaker for me was that there wasn't a zip for security. But now I'm seriously considering it.
Good point!

Love Lok! He tries so hard...a super nice person!

Thanks Lok!!! Great choices as usual!!
Haven't photographers heard of umbrellas???
This was a very useful review. I am sure it's raining in the UK somewhere at any given moment in time.
Why don’t you have a “navy” color billingham?

I only hope the bag has a tripod attachment , it’s the only thing holding me back from ordering it over my peak design bag..

They do make two (I think) backpacks, just not my cup of tea

I agree. I think it's a nice security feature and practical as well. I think peak design made a sling that opened away from the body.
yup getting a blue one for birthday
is is possible to fit macbook pro 14 inch 2021 into hadley small pro without camera compartment?
No way, Small Pro ca only takes iPad (and not the biggest one). The Hadley Pro 2020 may be, I haven’t tried.
你d英文好正,多謝分享!
You should open a channel: "One man five bags."
Although I may have to keep changing that name every time my collection grow
would love to see Lok do a post in his native tongue

Very cool 🔥🔥🔥
just wish they didn’t use leather.

@@TheLokCheung there are a number of really good leather alternatives - one of the latest is made from the cactus plant.

I love my 335. :OP

how's being a sleeper agent working out?
I thought this was a sponsored video...

I think I prefer the Hadley
First?
I just wish they made one for men. ;)
