As someone who also has high blood pressure, On 7.5mg Ramaprill for past 4 years, I have always taken anti inflammatory, no doctor has ever told me I can not take it, But looking online it does state taking anti inflammatory can increase your blood pressure and you shouldn't take anti inflammatory if you have high blood pressure !, Thanks for that Kevin I would of never know and carry on doing more damage to my health !

From what I've been told the chemicals in the pool kill the virus, so as long as you follow good hygiene rules around going in and out of the pool it's a safe place. Been told this by my children's swimming school and proper school.
Kev, you should see an Osteopath for your back, I injured a facet joint in my back playing rugby when I was a teenager and the pain was unbearable, I could hardly move, but after a few appointments with an osteopath and tlc its made so much difference and I have full freedom of movement again, you can get referrals from the NHS!

If Anna is dyslexic and trying to get a job especially with the police I have heard before they have people that can help they aren’t supposed to not accept you if it’s due to your dyslexia without having someone talk through and see if they can help first.

I only know your family vlogging channels what are yr others you mention you do them but don’t know what they are believe 1 is football related! 2. W.hy can you not mention the name of the crisis virus we are all involved in at the moment . Can no you tubers ? I ASK this because my eldest son has 2 very small channels one is a main channel various things and one is a vlogging channel he does not make any money yet at all!
