Driving from Ko Olina Resort to Kailua Beach Park via Interstate H1 & H3 Freeway in Oahu, Hawaii USA. This route provides the fastest way to get from Leeward side to Windward side of Oahu Island.
Interstate H-3, also known as the John A. Burns Freeway, is an intrastate Interstate Highway located on the island of O'ahu in the state of Hawaii, USA. It crosses the Ko'olau Range along a viaduct and through the 5,165 foot long Tetsuo Harano Tunnels as well as the much smaller Hospital Rock Tunnels. The views will give you the Jurassic Park feels.

Thanks for the drive! If you’ve never driven from KoOlina to the north shore through the little town of Haleiwa it’s a must. You can continue on from there to drive all along the ocean (not freeways) to Kailua. It’s beautiful. My fave drive when I’m home. 💜

I would absolutely love to live in or visit Hawaii, but being surrounded by the ocean makes me very nervous, and the tsunami threat is very real. I also refuse to fly, so I would have to take a Pricess cruise ship their even though it would take about 5-9 days to arrive to move their...that's if the cruise line allows people to just buy a "one-way" ticket?? excellent work though and fantastic camera and scenery...do you have a drone also???
