Wonderful to see the progress on your beautiful cottage garden with all the butterflies and birds! I'm glad you were not damaged too badly in tropical storms. Take care guys!
Glad the storm wasn't as bad as they were predicting & you didn't see too much damage. And your garden is beautiful and so peaceful looking. These follow you around videos are always fun, too. And the birds! So wonderful.
Glad that you all are safe & it turned out to not be as bad! Can't get over the color of that dragon fruit! Thanks for showing it - I have heard of them - but I have never had one. My Cosmos didn't do that great - I got a few blooms - wasn't enough sun where I planted them. Thanks for letting us enjoy your garden!
I have missed your day in the life blogs and thank you for the glimpse into your life. You are an inspiration to a relaxing and clean life. Many blessings to,you and your husband
That footage of the birdies was pretty cool. I like that you and your husband have things in common with your work and in the garden. It's nice to see. Thanks for sharing that.
Loved the birdie buffet at the end! As always, love your vids. So glad you were spared storm damage. My thoughts and prayers were with you. I have been through many hurricanes here in NC over the past 30 years- they can be quite devestating. Also enjoyed seeing your garden. You and Michael make a great team! xo, Maria
Great video, your garden is lovely and doing so well. Loved it at the end when you fed the birds, that was so cool to see them all feeding like that, they're so beautiful. Looking forward to your next video.
Thank you so much for the "bird cam" at the end. I grew up in Kona and one of the things I miss the most about Hawaii is the birds and the beautiful calls they have. Your video took me home. Mahalo!
Love to see all the the exotic plants you have that won't grow in the UK. Lavender grows really well here though, despite the rain! Glad you got through the bad weather safely and looking forward to a project with that fabric. Love the birds too.
I love these type of videos. This lifestyle is so foreign to me, I live in the heart of LA. This takes me somewhere else. You're both very good with plants, very cool!
I had thought about starting a garden this year but did not and seeing yours makes me wish I had. Such a beautiful variety of flowers and plants you have growing. Great finds at Savers, good for you! Glad the storm was less of a problem than predicted. :)
I am glad to hear that you did not have any problems related to the hurricane/ tropical storm. Those limes you are growing look awesome! I make Key Lime Margarita Jelly with tequila as a glaze for chicken that could be made with those! I think your lavender has fungus known as Grey rot from excessive moisture in the air or soil. You can likely take cuttings of the healthy sprigs, and replant them in a mounded well-drained area (put stones in your hole before planting). It is neat that you can grow plants that we can't here! Thanks for sharing your garden, and have a wonderful week, Christine! Sherrey in Southern Ontario ❤
I love watching your garden updates! My family and I just moved into a new home with a nice backyard (before we lived in a cramped apartment) and I'm so excited to get planting :). I hope my garden looks half as nice as yours :)
Every time I watch your vids I'm ready to hop on a plane and head back to Maui. The birds calling in the background really make me yearn to be the there. Your garden is looking awesome!
This video reminds me of the saying "The Zen of everyday Life" :D Love the birds-eye view of the birds at the end, so simple, yet so fantastic. To more simple days ;)
Your garden is doing really well. Some of those birds are so pretty and they really take care of that birdseed quickly. So relaxing to watch and listen to them. I'm glad the storms weren't too bad for you. I thought about you often during the time they were rolling in. I checked Weather Channel several times to see updates. Thanks for sharing with us again. Peg~
What an amazing vlog !! So soothing and calming to just sit, relax and watch your garden and different plants.. the birds dinner at the end was amazing !!
Hi you guys! What a cute video with the birds & butterfly & hula dancing!! The papayas & aloe vera plant looking good. I used to live in Makaha & lived through hurricane Iniki years ago.
I love watching your garden vlogs. I tried planting some seeds of my own when you first started your garden & none of them survived my black thumb, so it's nice to look at all of your beautiful plants & flowers. Hugs from Oregon. :)
