Shaheen and Shadab are and never will be Captaincy material due to consistant injuries and lack of long format game play . If ballers want to Captain then take a page from the likes of Pat Cummins who has made himself the most important fixture to Australian cricket by not involving in player politics and sticking to making himself the best player.
