Judge was removed from the Diddy case. The one line the judge used, "What's love got to do with it?" The defendant's lawyer filed a motion probably on the question which finalized the judge’s decision. The indictment wasn’t for domestic violence against his girlfriend. The judge over reached and in the State of NY a misdemeanor domestic abuse although ugly in presentation is not a valid reason to not grant bail. The law says, "innocent until proven guilty." This should play out in court, not public opinion.

I was never a fan of Diddy, or even rap music for that matter. However, I am a huge fan of due process and, for that reason, I have no idea where these charges came from or who Diddy crossed to get into this quagmire. Everyone who went to these parties (who are now coming out of the woodwork portraying themselves as "victims") did so VOLUNTARILY to either a) have a good time at Diddy's famous parties, and/or b) were looking for their chance at success by clinging onto this man's fame and fortune. To call that RICO is a complete distorting of a RICO charge that the feds are using to put pressure on Diddy to take a deal. If drugs were involved, charge him accordingly, but RICO and sex rings and all that drama are complete BS. As for the video, yes, he is guilty of that but he wasn't charged with that! As for 1000 bottles of baby oil, who cares? Last time I checked, that was not a crime.
