I got the coral palette and my shadow came shattered too but they are replacing it with something else. I think the palette is so beautiful that I'm going to get the teal palette too 😄. Love your looks!
I love that mustardy blush on you!! Beautiful! I picked up the shimmers from those palettes but no mattes. They emailed me saying that the one shade wasn’t formulated the same as their sample and they would refund or send another shade in place of it. They said they’re going to reformulate and post it again when it gets right.
Rave Princess came shattered to me, as well. I reached out to Give Me Glow on the 8th and have been ghosted. I did buy both palettes and have purchased other palettes & singles in the past.
I like both pallets so far. I did choose to start with the darkest and work to lightest. Those blushes look good especially the yellow one on you. I hope you get to enjoy them even if they aren't glowy.
I got the teal nightlife palette and also added Brazilian bikini and glass slipper cuz they seemed like they would go well with the palette. I really do like the shadows but I don’t love them. I would order from them again but wouldn’t feel like a must have kind of thing.
Same here. Bummed that it's delaying my order, but happy to have the choice on replacement. I asked for Rasberry Cheesecake since it's been on my wish list and fits the color story.
Same here. I was very appreciative of the offer and the open communication. A lot of other companies probably would have just canceled orders without warning or explanation. I got Fireworks as a replacement and it actually goes really well with the rest of the Coral Nightlife shades.
I agree that give me glow can be hit or miss. Sometimes I love working with their shadows and sometimes not. I was thinking about picking up some of the shades, some have been in my wishlist and some I already have. But I'm glad I don't feel the need to rush out and get them. Maybe during a sale. I had the last holiday pat McGrath palette show up with the bottom right green shade exploded all over the palette and when I contacted them about it, they said it was happening a lot. I got a refund but still it was disappointing to hear that they knew about it and didn't do anything (probably bc it was a limited holiday release), but I'm glad I had that knowledge instead of opting to to have it shipped again. I'm glad give me glow is at least trying to solve the problem. Good info on the blushes as well. I will almost always add a blush to my order whenever I place one (I'm a blush girl 😊) but I do love a glowy blush too, so I may skip it.
I got the coral night life palette and the pink shimmer came totally smashed also I've only used the palette once but i liked the look I did. I do agree the shadows have a lot of kick up but i always do my eyes first.
I haven't been on their Instagram or anything to see what's being said (if anything), but I bet GMG makes it right as quick as they can for those who received shattered shades... The corners on my XL GMG magnetic palettes we're all damaged, and they very promptly and nicely sent me out replacements, very good cs experience.
I’m passing on this but I would have been going bananas over the blue palette back in 2018 when we were all going crazy for blue eyeshadow (after we got tricked by the fake Tarte Icy Betch palette). 😂 The blue palette is beautiful.
I'm commenting on this video before even watching it because I, too, spent $120 on Give Me Glow including both Night Life bundles, which I suspect is what you got as well, and a few other things. I can't help myself - I love Give Me Glow. And they had great prices on some items they were clearing out. And I love their lipstick. Okay, I just have a problem.
I got both palettes, plus the Vivid Rose I've been wanting, and then added Summer Vibes that I saw in their stories on sale. It's got repeat shades from the teal palette but at 50% off it was still worth getting the shades that aren't dupes.

Before shipping my order, they contacted me giving me the option of a refund or a replacement shadow. In my book that is a fantastic customer service!

Give me glow shimmers are nice but the matte shadows are too powdery and dusty.
