I would probably say, never be afraid to be yourself or speak how you feel about certain situations in life. Always be strong and keep it going ☺❤ and the #1 key...is to love yourself..☺

The best advice I ever got about friendship "it's quality not quantity". I'm disabled and have suffered from severe health problems. A lot of 'friends' disappeared when times got tough. A very select few stuck around and they are the ones worth their weight in gold x

The best relationship advice I ever got was from my Mom. All through my 20’s, I dated jerks and would hold on to these draining relationships thinking there would be a turning point or a moment where the guy would wake up and appreciate/love me. My Mom said “the best a man will ever treat you is at the beginning of a relationship”. And it is so true! My now husband treated me so well from day one and while time has changed our relationship, he still is the greatest partner I could imagine in life. Her advice didn’t mean that a guy would treat you like crap once they got you, but that if you’re not being loved the way you want to be loved a few months into a relationship, it’s never going to get better. I wish I had listened to more of the great advice I received over the years. I had to learn the hard way lol

I’m 13 so I’m still learning 😂, but trust me I’ve been learning a lot now that I’m in middle school. One thing that I’ve learned is that there are different relationships other than boyfriend and girlfriend. I can have a relationship (as friends) with my friends with lots of love , i dont need a boyfriend right now. But I’ve also learned that the relationship with my friends can also go downhill, and it hurts. It really do, but like you do in a boyfriend/ girlfriend relationship, you have to move on

I suffer from social anxiety and insecurity and have problems with men and rejection. I feel like I give so much to people and love hard but sometimes doubt my worth and look in the mirror to see what it is that is not enough about me. I get told from guys that I'm cute or that I'm really beautiful but never really take the time love on me the way I wanted to. But what has really made me strong when I'm in the low and depression creeps in is knowing that God loves me and His the father I never had. Thank you for your channel Adrienne. I have been a fan of yours since the Cheetah Girls. I think you're beautiful, strong, and confident woman who God has given the gift of teaching. I study in Russia and I learnt the hard way not to tell friends about my financial problems because they look down on me or leave me whenever they know I don’t have money. So this made me see the world as ‘no money, no friends’

The best part is when you talked about being your authentic self, and allowing that to reveal other's authentic selves...so often we try to play a role or we "fake" things, and I don't think that's the best way to live life. Totally agree with those two last pointers. When someone shows you who they really are, believe them and keep it moving. Never try to change anyone for who you want them to be. And be authentically you.

that friendship thing is so reallll.. i can speak on it... ive been through tough times before my father passed where i had limited cash (most times i spent it on his meds) and i'd still try to go out, but i'd tell the main " friend " like yo i wanna go here with you all but that's not in my budget and she'd (main friend) turn around and tell the others behind my back.. it got to a point where one of the other friend's bf (who i was friends with as well) came to me like.. hey i heard you aint got money.. now i knew he was probably coming from a sincere place but i was like where you heard that and tripped tf off.. and then it dawned on me how much times i'd call her or we'd meet up (main friend) and she'd stay talking about other people... LISTEN WHEN SOMEONE SHOWS YOU WHO THEY ARE BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!
