I'm OK with the art style. I prefer stylized graphics over high definition realism. Realism takes so much resource that games usually have to cut something else from gameplay or story. If this art style let's them put enough energy into the stuff that matters, it's fine for me. Regarding the ogre. Even in DAO, those things looked like goofy gorillas.
DA was always terrible with advertising, combat mechanics, graphics. We are all here for a great story, right? As long as the story is incredible, I really don't think the rest matters as long as its tolerable.

What do you mean? The only changes I spoke of were that of the tone of this trailer compared to the last. I didn't comment on or expect any changes to the game itself; the only change is that this is a much better trailer than the last.

The first trailer was CGI and not the game engine, so that’s a big change. We got the gameplay reveal being 20 mins long so people can actually look at the game, and now the real marketing has started. The people who complained about the first CGI trailer, especially if they still are, are likely bad faith culture war keyboard warriors looking for attention. Nobody could’ve possibly determined if they’d like the game by that trailer alone, but this one is a return to form for Dragon Age.

They changed their presentation. Not the game. And alot of fans feel better about this one.
