Received mine yesterday and I am very pleased with both models. It's so nice to have a first gen 225 on the market, especially considering the fact that the Joal "225" was actually a recast Winross 235 😂. Only nitpick about the DM 225 is the steering stick is a bit too short and the plastic opening door is only painted on one side so it is a bit translucent making the color off. Otherwise, fantastic model.
I'd rather have it as the cat 245 and the cat 365c excavator because the cat 245 and cat 365c are pretty much the same in operating weight and I like the cat 245 the most out of the 200 series
What the Hell is that 'crossmember' near the rear of the undercarriage?? It has to be removeable. The 225 was not "one of the first", it *was* the first!!
