TRUE. I went from Paladin to Red Mage as soon as I got to 50, and I felt honestly kinda embarrassed at how much more I felt like some sort of gallant righteous hero as a Red Mage than as a Paladin. It became my favorite class since that was the fantasy I actually wanted for my character, but damn if I wasn't disappointed at Paladin, that class should be renamed to "Royal Guard" or smth at this point.
Loving the class lore series! I feel that the jobs have some interesting history that definitely could use the spotlight!

Funnily/sadly enough, RDM quests are more paladin-esque than paladin quests
