Awesome MODS, I just received an 18 HF, and have a 12". Ill try the washer MOD, I will try a nylon washer and see if it works. Another tip notch the shoulders on the pivot head for more angle.

I have like 100 Wagtails and i love your ideas!!! Mine are attached with tiny zip ties on all 4 corners.

The micro pads are annoying that they don’t fit but overlap. At least what’s getting sent to me in Hawaii. I’m about to go to a seamstress and have them cut and sew a better size.

Hi Mate How did you get the glue to bond to the 3m dual lock and the aluminium. Reason for asking is that the glue is not meant for fat type plastic like the 3m is made of ie pp material. thanks for any help. I have tried different type of glue like ecpoxy and weld glue and it will not hold it.

I'm having problem changing rubber on this. Its hard to replace it. Is it just me? Or anyone else?

David Edmondson any round rubber will fit.. Also, when I did this video I was working with a first generation High Flyer. They've been upgraded since then and some of these issues have been addressed.. Also I recommend not removing the pads much.. I just wash them by hand in my bathtub. This will prevent the Velcro from wearing out.
