Sorry to hear that Raju!! You need to have Citrus foods and vegetables to maintain necessary vitamin levels . Also include sufficient protiens foods like eggs, milk, paneer etc. As the pregnancy becomes high risk you should stay continuously in contact of your obstetrician with frequent consultantations . Good luck .

Sir I am Raju Halder. As I told u aboutt my wife's condition in my previous comment. Today at 12:15 a.m. my wife has given a birth of our baby daughter at hb% 6.3. doctors have cesared her for the delivery. Now baby and mother is out of danger. They transfumed only one unit blood after the delivery. I thank u very much for your valuable suggestion and I also thank all the Doctors who were done this very safely. Thank u all🙏. By the way sir the picture u can see is my elder daughter(5.5yrs) who was born by a normal delivery given by my wife. Sir is there any chance that any of them become a carrier? Thank u sir🙏

Its ok ! You need to keep checking her Hb frequently. Eat enough fruits with vitamin C and E. Also check your status of thalassemia too. If you are planning for baby , you must visit a excellent gynecologist atlist 3 months before.

@@d.k.bansal707 then you should go for thalassemia screening of yours. Do your thalassemia test. "HB electrophoresis" and show to the gynecologist.
