Watching Phil's videos feels like watching any video of someone in their day-to-day training, and other things, others do it, but it feels very prepared or like it's a series episode.

No matter how much I train arms keeping the brachioradialis into consideration, its growth is so slow I wonder how he got to that point, even keeping all the drugs into consideration. I wonder what genetic freak he is or what freak exercises he does for his forearms. All the ones I do dont seem to work, its just a muscle so hard to develop...
Phil is really extremely gifted when it comes to arm department. If you look at his basketball days photos, you can already see that his brachioradialis is exceptional. He doesnt even train them and idk if thats true
