Hey Do you have a option to pack the Roughtness,AO,Scatter, etc maps into the Albedo Tex RGB & RGBA like UE4 Paragon Character skin textures?

You need an image editing program, or use the link in the description to download the Substance file that will load in Substance Player....which is completely free.
