Billboard Jesus | Week 3

Don't get us wrong - Snickers makes some pretty great commercials. I mean who doesn't love the line, "You're not you when you're hungry." To some extent we don't even disagree! But the promise of a Snickers being the the thing you in moments of hunger is as a.....stretch. Jesus came and offered the Bread of Life that satisfies every desire and makes us who we are meant to be. Jesus offers a life that doesn't require us to rummage through our pantries trying to satisfy our hunger when facing life's challenges.
