where did you find the pan my 900dlx center in only 18in is yours sitting on top of the side grid ?

Have you ever tried charcoal pellets mixed
I have not. I really prefer when smoking not to use charcoal unless it’s in a direct heat situation.
@rectortj I was thinking more about the flavor profile I am looking at getting a oklahoma joes dxl 900 Menards has them on sale for $444
Does it have to be pellets? I just trimmed my rosemary bush and would love to smoke my meat with that. Is it possible? Thanks
I have seen people do wood chips instead of pellets but I don’t recommend it. I wouldn’t risk ruining a smoker. To much money on the line.
