I swear I have a love/hate relationship with walmart but I do agree the Great Value brand is very comparable to name brands.
This goes without saying, I think it’s great dad still does these things for mom. Just because their divorced doesn’t mean they have to be enemies 🥰

I actually love those smucker pbjs and I’m eating one right now! Yes the pelvic floor strengthening is also good for folx with fibroids, PCOS, constipation, frequent urination, etc. all outside of child birth. I’ve never given birth but strengthening my pelvic floor has helped so much and eliminated my lower back pain. So happy for your mom! She is looking good!

Mom looks great and her house is beautiful! I have a dyson and didn’t know what all our attachments were and what they were for, so thanks Vaughn!
I’ve never given birth but my pelvic floor was weakened due to surgery. Had fibroids removed and the doctor did a c-section surgery. I’ve been messed up ever since. Constant pain, bladder pressure etc. It REALLY sucks. My PT has given me some exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor. Unfortunately I need to have the surgery again real soon and I’m super afraid. This new doctor said she for sure can complete the surgery laparoscopically but that’s what the first doctor said he would 🙄.

Sorry for the confusion. This is my other little sister. I had two. Her name was Tameka but everyone called her Meechy. She died in 2017.
