Ingredients:
Cake base for Malakoff cake:
approx. 300 g ladyfingers
¼ l milk
vanilla sugar or extract
Custard Butter Cream
500 grams - milk
lemon peel, vanilla and cinnamon
2 Yolks
130 g Sugar
35 g Cornstarch
50 ml heavy cream (optional)
150 gr softened butter
For decorating:
150 ml liquid whipping cream
3 tbsp. powered sugar
