    hello, ive recently come by some videos showcasing the effect of how water reacts in a singing bowl and was wondering if this effect could be replicated in flipfluids

      Hi dion! Do you mean patterns generated by sounds? That would require to have something that pushes the fluid in a accordingly frequency

      @@FLIPFluids heres a good example of what im thinking of -> (ruclips.net/user/shortsbHcw7VPx2ls?si=Qo1fNR-D8tVkXJEr)
      Ive notices that a lot of particles gather around the center

    ive seen quite a few videos done in flipfluids of solid object turning to liquid, any ideas as to how i could do a simulation of water turning into ice? kinda like in avatar the last airbender

      You can animate the simulation speed slider per setting Keyframes. 0% means frozen. There is a tutorial: ruclips.net/video/010Ahs9lTEA/видео.htmlsi=JZ-dpfcpLh-i-jcW

      @@FLIPFluids can i then export the frozen frame as a mesh and add displacement etc to make it look like ice?

    • @FLIPFluids
      @FLIPFluids  4 месяца назад

      Yeah that should work. You could export it as a single frame alembic file and import it to have a static mesh where every modifier will work with.

    How do I increase the AMOUNT of glitter? I've found the settings for the scale of the particles but not the number 🤔

    • @FLIPFluids
      @FLIPFluids  4 месяца назад +1

      You would need to increase the number of fluid particles. While the domain is selected take a look to the display settings where you will find it

      @@FLIPFluids if it's the value you adjust in the video as you explain, I've set it to one and it didn't add that much. And I can't input anything higher than 1.

      The next step would be to increase the resolution for your simulation. As this is the only factor that can result in more fluid particles

      @@FLIPFluids I'll try that then. Thank you so much for the fast replies! ♥️
