try starting with your voice as the baseline - move up -move down -add breath -remove breath you did this with the 3rd character- good job! brock rogers for the win!
I actually really like the voices!!! If the channel for my video game actually does well and gets monetized, I'd consider hiring you for some voice lines! Still far away from that happening, but hopefully, something will work out for the hard work we've put in.
Great job, Rob! I really liked Brock’s addition. The transition between chem teach and news anchor was good! I think Brock deserves a permanent spot here.
Haha thank you very much! He’s the one I’ve gotten the most feedback on, including from the character artist himself, so maybe this video wasn’t a total failure. Thanks again 👍🏼
@@CAntonioVO I genuinely need proper training for character voices. I purposely put this video out knowing I’m terrible at it and hope to revisit this down the road so I can show future VOs how one can grow in this area.
Nice work pushing through the feeling of cringe haha. You definitely got more comfortable as you went through those voices I think one of the important things you’ve noticed is the way that things can sound different in your head, but then not when you listen back. Even aside from character voices, it’s good to practice your regular voice but adding excitement, sadness, or nervousness, etc. Get used to how much of a difference you actually need for it to come across in the recording, it’s normally more than you think!
That’s been an interesting lesson, for sure. So much of my initial practice had been just my own voice, and it was okay, but this really pushes you. Thanks for the advice! 👍🏼
let me also say that you gotta kudos yourself to be embarrassed on the internet. I see you bro. 🙌🏼
@@CAntonioVO probably the hardest part about these videos. Lol

Thank you, sir! Much appreciated. What a story that would be to collab in the future on a successful project of yours!
The chemistry teacher was awesome!
