Me gustaría preguntarle cómo utilízalos para ojos encapotados. Yo particularmente tengo un ojo más caído que otro y esto hace que mi ceja también lo esté. Me gusta mucho su canal, muchas gracias.
@Maria Exercises for that are going to be a great option for you and give you the best change. I would recommend the forehead freeze exercise to work the muscles above the eyes for some lift there. I will do my best to get a taping video up for hooded eyes in the near future. Another option that can really help with that area is microcurrent or cosmetic acupuncture. Hope that helps 😊

Yes, you would still want to relax the corrugator and procerus muscles for a single line as well, so the night taping for 11s will still benefit you. I would also recommend the 11’s stretch which you can find here: ruclips.net/video/HpIq-_h4Ahk/видео.html Another thing that can be helpful for a single center line is to do small pinches horizontally along the vertical line. This trick can help to realign the collagen. Be gentle! There are other techniques as well that can help and I have more videos on the way. Good luck!
You can certainly wear the tape during the day if you so choose. It can be a good way to make yourself aware of making the movements that are causing the wrinkle in the first place. It does look a bit odd though. But, night time is easy and will keep the muscles relaxed while you are sleeping, so you are not making the movements during the night.
@Chef Helena Jang Yes, you can absolutely combo those two, the 11’s and the forehead. I love that combination! Just make sure to apply the 11’s first. Good luck!
@Diana The neck rings typically from happen from constantly looking down at our phones or computer which causes the Platysma muscle to tighten. Some lymph stagnation can also happy if there is puffiness around the rings as well. I always recommend the “Tech Neck stretch” for this as it stretches the muscle and relaxes it. If there is also some puffiness between the rings, you can also do a lymph taping application called “Tech Neck” taping. Both videos are on the channel. Gentle massage in the opposite direction of the wrinkle or vertical pinches can also help when done along the ring lines. The ring wrinkle is a horizontal wrinkle so massage or pinch with the fingers vertically (opposite direction as the wrinkle) to puff out the wrinkle. I will try to do a video on this soon. I would recommend either Spider Tech Gentle or Kinesio Gold Light Touch Tape. They are both super gentle and the only ones I ever recommend. Make sure to ONLY get the recommended types above as they have many different tapes on their sites, great for the body but definitely not to be used on the face. But regardless, I always recommend doing a test strip on your arm BEFORE you apply anything to your face, just to be sure. Simply place a small strip on the inside of your arm for 8 hours and see how you go with it before you apply to your face. The adhesives in these tapes are very mild but it is still possible to have a reaction to the adhesive so test it out first. They can be bought online thru Amazon or such and we also sell them thru our clinic which can be found in the video description, however we tend to sell out rather quickly. Hope this helps
Hello, The precut patches do not work for facial taping for a few reasons. 1) they don’t make a sensitive tape (suitable for the face) in precuts 2) every face is different so there are no 2 measurements that are the same so you would have to cut them anyway. The roll is the best and only way to go for facial taping to ensure you get the super gentle tape and that your sizes work for your face. The tapes we recommend are: "Gentle/Sensitive" tape from Canadian company Spidertech and Kinesio's "Gold Light touch" tape. These can be purchased from their websites or other 3rd parties. If you are living in USA we also sell them from our clinic: www.strivingforhealth.com/shop-facial-tape otherwise look for a supplier in your area. Hope this helps. 😊

Hello, thank you for this. Why is this treatment recommended only for night time?

Thank you for your kind advice.

Hello, can I ask if each stripe is approx. 10 mm wide? I am right? Thank you very much!
That would be fine. You can do whatever size you would like, so 10mm up to 30mm would work.
What is the best face tape to use

Hello, can i use this method, while also getting botox in my 11's?
I wouldn’t recommend doing the taping if you are getting Botox.
Can I put retinol and an occlusive lotion on my eleven lines, and then let them dry for an hour before applying kinesiology tape?
The same would apply here as for your question regarding marionette lines. 😊
Bonjour
Ou je peux acheter les Patch déjà pret
Pas en rouleau
Merci bcp
