There is definitely service for drinks around the pool. Food is self serve. I always found that pesos are more appreciated as the staff does not pay exchange to spend them, however dollars are gladly accepted.
I am impressed by this hotel after watching your content. I would like to book this hotel for a week of remote working, that means we need consistent and high speed internet for zoom calls and searches. Do you know if their WiFi is fast enough in the rooms and common areas?
Hi there Steve, thanks for the video. I'm looking for some advice. I will be staying at Ocean Riviera Paradise with my wife next month. Booked an Eden suite without realizing El Beso existed. Is there any benefit with either section of the resort aside from their relative locations? Such as if I stay with the Eden, will I not be able to access El Beso amenities? And for reference, El Beso is a bit cheaper.
Hi @amlegrice the biggest difference is El Beso is adults only. There is a restaurant and a pool reserved with no children. The Eden has a much nicer location very close to the ocean. It depends if you prefer the adults only or the beach. In my opinion, the beach is full of seaweed and a bit windy so I would select the El Beso. Either way, you will have an excellent vacation. Enjoy!
Hey @papasteveonthe move, We booked El Beso for Oct 18, Is it possible to upgrade to Privilege? or is it not worth it? Just looking for amenities not the room as we have a swim up in El Beso already
Great vid!! EVERYONE: if youre not at the pool , don't put your towel on it. First come , first served.
Appreciate the support!
Great video Papa Steve! Is there waiter service around the pools serving drinks and food? Are US dollars or pesos preferred for tipping?

Thank you for the video! Very informative. Is the bowling, arcade etc an extra charge to enjoy? Or is it included in the price?
Great question! I didn’t do either personally so best to verify with the resort. I’m pretty sure the bowling was included, not sure about the arcade.

I only used the wifi on my mobile devices, but had no trouble downloading movies. I think you’ll be okay. The wifi in the Prestige area was good.
@@PapaSteveOnTheMove thanks! Will you be able to access WiFi on your computers?
I don’t see why not

My opinion only, if you have a swim up on the El Beso side, you don’t need Prestige unless you want a chair at the beach. @bradwall8913
