I builded this from your tutorial. Fly very very well. Even when one servo at the V tail secton failed. It's remained stable with only half pitch control. I also tried without any elevator servo. It's working fine with just the 2. V tail servo, and also remain stable in the wing.
I made a fiberglass plane just covered the foam board with a few layers of very thin fiberglass it’s awesome. Hit it with some 2000 grit sand paper and it’s smooth as glass. I’ve also been thinking about switching to digital fpv.. dunno very much about it tho.
I’m building the Silver Eagle. Can you tell me the spacing between the leading edge of the Vtail and the trailing edge of the wing. I could find it in your videos. Thanks!
Olá sou brasileiro queria muito montar um Drone desse só que é muito dificil . poderia criar um arquivo pdf mostrando como deve ser ligado a parte eletronica e tambem ensinando a configurar o firmware?
From your explanation I don't understand the problem with power on FC. But from what I understand, the FC can provide enough power for your servos and you are not supposed to connect ESC Power output to the rail, as stated in manual, thus you will get two different voltage levels. And at least what I see from the video, is the ESC connected actually on S1 with all of its 3 pins? I personally use separate switching PSU ("BEC") for servos to not rely on controller, but still FC should do very sufficient as long as the power is set up accordingly to manual. If this was not the issue then I did not understood the problem, my apologies. I got the part of bridging both rails, but it's just bringing.
The ESC cable doesn’t have the red wire connected to it (it’s halfway cut off) I’m also planning to have external UBEC for my V-Tail servo’s as well as more deflection for flaperons just in case. I still don’t know how it happened. But I’m not soldering that little pad inside since that’ll take another full day of work. Just the BEC and splitting the signal cable to the FC.
@@AeroStuffFPV Aha OK, so as long as the ESC power is not connected then It´s really weird. Hopefully the BEC will truly solve it and it´s not just some sort of SW issue. One note tho, I suppose your dupont cable bridging method was already used before the flight, I might be wrong but I do not like to use them for power applications, I mean, for single servo they are good but the issue could be it´s not suitable for powering the rest, loosen, wobbly...? Don´t get me wrong, It can be totally fine, but I already came across duponts that were not the best quality, either the connectors were bad or crimping was not tight enough. Some either have ridiculously undersized diameter of actual wire. I would like to be corrected if I am wrong with the theory. Anyway, good luck with it :)))
In one V tail tutorial you have one piece of the fuselage at 57cm and other at 30cm, in another you use a two piece totalling 90cm. Which is best? Or does it not matter?
What is the thrust to weight ratio of your silver eagle ?and where do you mark your CG point on the wing ? Please I am struggling to fly my own silver eagle as it it not flying

hat is the name of this foam? Is it for model aircraft?
Great mods, with excellent results. A bit scary situation loosing elevator control. At least you had large open area and remained calm. Well done!
Sick build. Working on a big armin wing project for fpv too

I’ll make a short video later and post it for ya just so you can see it.. still very light weight
Can't wait to see it! @@chainbenwa2713
I love you from Libya 🇱🇾. Continue downloading, don't delay
Well this is a pleasant surprise 🍻
build previous version for my UAV Robotics team. ITS FLY REALLY WELL !!!.
thankyou bro😀
Even better than before!
Do you have the plans posted somewhere? Thanks
No plans! Just the build video.
Nice video! Could you reaupload your old videos pls they where great too and i need them.
Unfortunately deleted or private.
Great video! I’m still new to wings. If I want to have a flaperon setup, should I have a completely independent flight mode for that?
Been a subscriber for a while, love your channel bro. Was wondering if you've ever built a 4g lte drone before, id be interested in that build video.

Nice video! How much does it cost to build a similar/equal drone?
Nice plane, I built one myself, but it draws much more power, where's the CG?
Generally should be 25% of the width of the chord behind the leading edge, no?
Keep up the good work!
I don't know about regulations where you live but would a cameradome beneath the ac work?
Camera dome’s would need landing gear equipped FPV planes & would need upscaling a little too. I might get into that type.
do you think a duct fan or fan shroud instead of a propeller would increase range? are you willing to give it a try?
Woah how just 2.5 amps , I am literally blown away , which motor are you using ?
Racerstar BR4108/600kv
great work! how do you capture your air-to-air shots?
Friend with a drone maybe?

Great work. I love these chill but technical videos. Nice to live vicariously through your expertise until I can get into this hobby later in life.

very cool, fren!
Kindly tell us about all moving tail design if we using in same model which is in the video
Your next test will be height. can you do this?
Amazing
It's all about the aerodynamics.

Which is best? Or does it not matter?
Doesn't matter as much. For a 1.6m wingspan, I recommend fuselage length between 80-95cm
Hey bro, can you make a vtol plane?
Nice!

I don't know the thrust/weight ratio but it's about 1:1 - CG is 30% away from the leading edge (30% chordwise)
Covering car is it possible ?
How do you get the third person shots of the airplane in the air?

Why don't you put a little outboard dihedral in the wings for stability! 😁👍👍🇺🇸
Flight Controller takes care of stability. Straight wings all the way!
Takecare of stability u mean to say gyro which is builtin in flight controller ?
It reminds me polish WarMate
Really nice ❤
Nice dude ❤
